Can you take over AMC for devices we bought from someone else?
Yes. We take over AMC for any eSSL device regardless of who originally supplied it. We conduct a health-check visit first to assess device condition, then provide a quote. For non-eSSL brands, we evaluate compatibility on a case-by-case basis.
What is covered in the preventive maintenance visit?
Cleaning of fingerprint/lens sensors, firmware update check, database backup, re-verification of device-software connectivity, review of attendance logs for errors, and hardware physical inspection. We provide a written report after each preventive visit.
What is your response time if a device fails?
Standard AMC: 8 business hours. Comprehensive AMC: 4 business hours. Enterprise AMC: 2 hours. Response time is measured from the time a service request is logged, Monday to Saturday during business hours.
Do you support online / remote troubleshooting outside business hours?
Enterprise AMC customers get 24×7 remote support. Standard and Comprehensive AMC customers have remote support during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM) with emergency on-call support available for critical failures at additional charges.
