❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Does integration require changes to our existing HRMS setup?
In most cases no. We configure eTimeTracklite to export data in the format your HRMS expects — most SaaS platforms (GreytHR, Keka) have a standard attendance import template. For on-premise ERP we write a lightweight connector script. Your HRMS configuration remains unchanged.
How often does attendance data sync to the HRMS?
You can choose: real-time sync (every few minutes), hourly, daily at midnight, or manually triggered before payroll run. The sync frequency is configurable per client and does not affect biometric device performance.
What if an employee's ID in the biometric system doesn't match the HRMS?
We run a mapping exercise during installation — employee IDs in eTimeTracklite are matched to HRMS employee codes. For new hires, the enrolment process links both IDs automatically so there's never a mismatch going forward.
Can we integrate attendance from multiple locations into one HRMS?
