The Challenge: Data Silos and Payroll Complexity

Kingfa India, a global leader in engineering plastics, faced significant hurdles in managing employee attendance across four major industrial hubs. Managing data from Chakan (HQ), Manesar, Bengaluru, and Chennai manually led to::

• Delayed payroll processing in their HROne ERP.
• Inaccurate data due to manual log extraction.
• Lack of real-time visibility into factory floor attendance.

The Solution: eSSL MB160 & Automated SQL Integration

We implemented a high-performance ecosystem using the eSSL MB160 Facial Recognition terminal to bridge the gap between physical attendance and digital payroll.

1. Multi-Location Connectivity

Using a Static IP at the Chakan location, we configured remote eSSL MB160 devices across India to push data in real-time to a central on-premise server.

2. HROne ERP Bridge (SQL Integration)

To eliminate manual work, we developed a custom sync service that populates a SQL database table specifically formatted for HROne ERP. This allows the HRMS to pull verified "punch data" automatically for error-free payroll calculation.
